1. Delete your account in the app
- Open Prismfall on your Android device.Make sure you're connected to the internet.
- Open your Profile.Your Player ID is shown here — handy if you ever need to contact us.
- Tap Delete account.You'll see a summary of what will be removed.
- Confirm the deletion.Your account and data are permanently deleted straight away, and the app returns to its start screen.
2. Request deletion by email
If you can't open the app any more — for example because you uninstalled it or changed devices — you can ask us to delete your account instead.
- Email support@prismfall.example with the subject “Account deletion request”.
- Include your callsign and, if you have it, your Player ID.Details such as your squad, trophy count, approximate last time you played or recent opponents help us find the right account.
- We verify the request and delete the account.Guest accounts have no email or password, so we may ask a follow-up question to make sure the account is yours. We complete deletion within 30 days and confirm by reply.
3. What is deleted

| Chat messages you sent | Deleted or permanently de-identified immediately |
| Chat announcements that name you (for example “… joined the squad”) | Deleted immediately |
| Your block list, and reports other players filed about you | Deleted immediately. Reports you filed are kept for review without your identity |
| Battle records and replays you took part in | Deleted or permanently de-identified immediately, so they no longer link to you |

4. What is kept, and for how long

5. Before you delete
Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore a deleted account, its progress or its Virtual Items. If you open Prismfall again afterwards, you'll start fresh with a brand-new account.
Uninstalling isn't deleting. Removing the app or clearing its data only removes your access to the account — the account stays on our servers until you delete it as described above.
